Functions:

The Center’s major functions include teaching foreign languages, mainly English, to adult and young learners, administering language proficiency tests, organizing faculty and student exchange, promoting opportunities for cultural and linguistic exchange and teaching, developing international education programs, and conducting research on distance education, development education and language teaching and learning.

 Training activities:

-    Train human resources in the field of foreign languages aiming at contributing to national development as well as regional and worldwide cooperation, partnership and exchange in education.

-   Offer training programs, including General English, Academic English, TOEFL Preparation, TOEIC Preparation, Business English, Communicative English and English for Children.
