On March 2nd, 2020, Nong Lam University - Ho Chi Minh City had a meeting with the delegation of the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest, Hungary including Professor Péter Sótonyi – President, Dr. Gergely Bohátka - Chancellor and Mr. Gá1bor Rostás - Deputy Head of Mission, Hungary.

The attendees of NLU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tat Toan – Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy - Head of International Cooperation Office and representatives of Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.
The objectives of the meeting were to discuss the possibility of cooperation between the two universities in Veterinary Medicine.
The meeting took place in an open atmosphere, opening up many opportunities for cooperation in the future.
