On March 5th, 2020, Nong Lam University - Ho Chi Minh City had a meeting with the delegation of the University of Sopron, Hungary including Prof.Dr. Robert Nemeth – Head of Institute of Engineering, Wood Sciences and Applied Arts and Dr. Fehér Sándor - Vice Rector for Research and International Relations.
The attendees of NLU were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Tat Toan – Vice President, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Thuy - Head of International Cooperation Office and representatives of Faculty of Forestry.
The objectives of the meeting were to discuss the possibility of cooperation between the two universities in the fields of forestry and wood sciences.
This visit provided NLU with opportunities to cooperate with the University of Sopron in many promising activities in a near future.
